Meet your holistic health practitioner
I am Zohra, a board-certified holistic health practitioner, holistic nutritionist, and health coach, but more than the titles, I’m someone who walks alongside you when you’re ready to take back your health and feel like yourself again.
My approach is rooted in the core foundations of health: nourishing food, restorative sleep, movement, stress management, and clean, low-tox living. These elements work together to bring the body back into balance so true healing can happen.
I also believe in prevention, not just reaction. You shouldn’t have to wait for a diagnosis to start making your health a priority. Whether you want to show up with more energy for your kids, pursue a career you’re passionate about, or simply age with strength and independence, I’m here to support you in creating a lifestyle that helps you thrive.
My journey began when I struggled to find truly better food options for my family. Like many of you, I found myself overwhelmed by the conflicting messages in the nutrition and wellness space. I wanted to do better—for myself, for my kids—but figuring out what was actually healthy felt frustrating and confusing.
That season of uncertainty sparked something deeper in me: a passion to seek clarity, truth, and simplicity in how we nourish ourselves. I wanted to find a way to make healthy choices that were truly beneficial, without all the confusion.
Through years of research, learning, and lived experience, I discovered the power of clean living, and a holistic approach to healing. Now, I’m here to help others who are where I once was; ready to make a change, but unsure where to start.

When we discovered that we were diabetic, our journey to making lifestyle changes began and it was not easy doing it all alone. We found Zohra just in time when it started to feel like there was no end to the struggle. She began guiding us with her knowledge on what changes to make for a healthy lifestyle. She did our pantry makeover in which she looked at the food items in our pantry and kitchen and informed us what products were unhealthy and could be contributing to our unhealthy sugar intake. Plus, showed us healthier alternatives to those products. Other than food products contributing to our sugar levels, she also informed us of the food items that could be impacting our general well being like use of oils in daily cooking. She equipped us with the knowledge of reading labels on food products which has helped us make healthier choices while grocery shopping. She also shared amazing recipes that are diabetic and gluten free friendly. She has been truly a blessing for us!
