My story

My journey began when I struggled to find genuinely better food options for my family. Like many of you, I've navigated the confusion of the nutrition space in search of genuinely healthy choices. The abundance of information, often contradictory, made it challenging to identify what was truly beneficial for my well-being.

This personal struggle ignited a passion to assist others experiencing the same uncertainty.

Now, armed with my health coaching certification, I am on a mission to guide you in selecting cleaner, healthier alternatives.

When we discovered that we were diabetic, our journey to making lifestyle changes began and it was not easy doing it all alone.
