Meet your holistic health practitioner

I’m Zohra, a board-certified holistic health practitioner, holistic nutritionist, and health coach. As the founder of Holistic Clean Living, I support individuals and families in creating healthier lifestyles through clean eating, non-toxic living, and a holistic approach to healing.

What started as my own journey to reclaim my health has grown into a mission to empower others with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to make sustainable changes so they can feel their best and truly thrive.

My story

My journey began when I struggled to find truly better food options for my family. Like many of you, I found myself overwhelmed by the conflicting messages in the nutrition and wellness space. I wanted to do better—for myself, for my kids—but figuring out what was actually healthy felt frustrating and confusing.

That season of uncertainty sparked something deeper in me: a passion to seek clarity, truth, and simplicity in how we nourish ourselves.

Through years of research, learning, and lived experience, I discovered the power of clean eating, non-toxic living, and a holistic approach to healing. Now, I’m here to help others who are where I once was; ready to make a change, but unsure where to start.

When we discovered that we were diabetic, our journey to making lifestyle changes began and it was not easy doing it all alone.
