Why I’m choosing a different way to share

Lately, I’ve been feeling the pull to step away from the constant scroll and into something slower… softer… and more soul-aligned.

After taking a break from social media, I noticed how much calmer and clearer I felt, how the quiet gave me space to think, to breathe, and to actually listen to my body. Coming back to it felt heavy. It drained my energy, scattered my focus, and made me realize that I don’t want to keep showing up in a way that goes against the life I’m building.

I’ve been working toward a more regulated nervous system and I know from experience, and from supporting clients that dysregulation shows up in so many ways: cortisol spikes, inflammation, fatigue, anxiety, mood swings, and even weight gain.

So I’m taking my own advice and making changes that support real wellness, for myself and for the people I serve.

That’s why I’m shifting how I show up.

I’m not leaving, I’m just choosing to be present in a way that’s more intentional, more grounded, and more nourishing.
